Hello from Bali, we have booked flight with transit in schipol on early next month, how is the situation in schipol? I was read that KLM banned transfer checked luggage in amsterdam? worried since we have transfer luggage and saw in media that thousand luggage were unidentify because of chaos in schipol airport. please share to us your experience in schipol. thank you 🙏
based on my last experience, i don't have any problem during my transit in amsterdam. please make sure that your lugagge is on board during boarding time
We have 8hr layover here at Amsterdam Schiphol. Destination is Reykjavik. Can we visit the Amsterdam city? Before how many hours should we be back to the airport to catch our connecting flight? We have our regular Schengen Visa from Iceland.
Yes you can.. please make sure you arrive at airport 2hrs before flight departure.

If same airlines your luggage will transfer and you can pick up at final airport

I’ll fly from Munich (with KLM)-AMS and from AMS( Air France ) to JFK with only carry on items, I only have 1 hour time is it enough for Schengen to non Schengen - The Air France gates closes 20min before departure. What can I do if I miss my flight ( I didn’t book them separately I booked them at the same company ->kiss and fly)

Hello, i need to ask i have 3 hours layover on schiphol for my next flight to milan i only need to know i need to collect my luggage and again check in all?? Or i get my luggage on final destination coz i booked both flights with same airline KLM. OR schengen to schengen area any pasport control as my flight from Oslo to Milan between 3 hours transfer on schiphol.
Hello, your luggage will sent to Milan , you can get there. NO pasport control in Schiphol only security check for your trip in schengen area

Transit visa is not required if you have connecting flight and not leave the airport

Sorry, I'm not sure about terminal number. But as long you leaving for non schengen countries you need to go through immigration.

I have a flight from india to. Canda via amestradam and the layover time is 1hr 40 min is it enough time to change flights between klm 872 to klm 691...

Hi.. my daughter travelling to Phoenix, Arizona from India. She will travel from KLM Royal Dutch Airplane and land at Schiphol airport. From Schiphol she has to catch Air France Flight. Will she need transit visa?
No need, as long as we have boarding pass for air france and stay in airside airport.
