εγώ το ζήτησα και δεν περίμενα καν να το θυμάται να το παίξει.δεν μπορώ να συνέλθω από εκείνη τη στιγμή.ήταν το πρώτο τραγούδι που αγάπησα της pj και ούτε στα πιο τρελά μου όνειρα δεν περίμενα οτι θα το πει.

Greatest female artist ever?
There are so many moments in this song that any other female artist would have come across as pretentious or over the top. I love her vocal range in this song
She is so brilliant it made me think; what if the "loss of words" was actually calculated?! Its that imperfection that made the song so much more enchanting. Is it possible? She is, after all, a genius!
Still...it gives me actual chills EVERY time I hear this song, ever since its release on "to bring you my love". One of the best albums ever.
there's something of a gunslinger ballad/flamenco sound to her guitar playing that gives me goosebumps! Man..... she just kills it every time!!

Shame you couldn't enjoy it as much as I did! I didn't even want to go in the beginning because of the venue and the fact that we would have to sit but I thought she was amazing. And this song played truly because we the fans requested it (the fact that she forgot the lyrics proves it) shows that she in fact more than respected her audience...

That's a Gibson Firebird VII ...I am love with that guitar. I can't even afford one, but I have been looking for it's cheaper Epiphone counterpart, only because I freakin LOVE PJ HARVEY !!!
Her alone with this guitar and her Orange amp is divine...better than any studio recording put on cd.

I am glad you enjoyed it. I enjoyed it too, while it lasted at least...But sorry mate, singing just one requested song is a minor respect compared to the disrespect of leaving after some minutes of the concert. After the end of the concert we were screaming for her to come out the scene, but...nothing. Me and other people where so disapointed that we swore we ll never go to a concert like this again. I just wanted to post this, since truth must be told and people should know what to expect.

How do you know?
Great singer and performer but in that particular concert she did not respect her audience. I was there. She played for not even an hour and left. And all that for a pretty expensive ticket at that time.
