This is a slight twist of the pure physical build from the C-I-VI Maelstrom run a while back. By swapping out Deimos for the Mk4 Duelling Sword, a Psyker can potentially compete with Loner Knife Zealots for mobility and speed with the Warp Speed talent point under Scrier's Gaze. Empathic Evasion is an essential talent point for allowing Melee Psyker to run around like this due to the crit-based ranged immunity.
A standard Infantry Lasgun was brought as a ranged option to occasionally deal with annoying Elites/Specials but this is primarily a meme high mobility Psyker melee build.
