Dandelion Plant 🌿 Taraxacum Officinale 🌿 Fruit & Flower #8

Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale) is seeing most often as a common weed, despite his medicinal and culinary uses. Dandelions appears early in spring and is adored by children because his yellow flowers and his gorgeous fruits which are used as tiny toy.
The dandelion plant consists of fleshy root systems (10-20cm) and in the air develop leaves and later make strains that grow 10 to 30 cm tall witch at the top have yellow flowers that bloom in April. These flowers are followed by the soft fruit, whose seeds are taken by the wind and spread in large zones. This natural action helps plants to multiply very fast and that's why we see so often this plant in all temperate regions of the world.
Not many people know that is an herb full of vitamins (A, B, C, D, K) and natural chemicals. It is one of the plants with multiple natural detoxifying properties, is used in treating bile and liver of gastritis, rheumatism, atherosclerosis and varicose veins. Tea have shown effective in combating obesity, bowel disorders and eliminating toxins from the blood.
The dried leaves are used in infusions and drinkable extracts or can be used in fresh salads. Young dandelions leaves should be collected in early spring before the plant to bloom.
