Focusing on something else doesnt solve anything. RM and BTS has made remarkable strides in fixing their cultural misappropration mistakes and that only happened because ARMYs of color spoke up and told them that what they were doing was wrong. So we do have to speak up and let the truth be known.
Hate takes alot of energy, time and effort. You actually have to care in order to hate. The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference. So for him to hate them then it means that they somewhat live in his head rent free and that's just sad. He actually let's something as "insignificant" in life as music that you don't have to listen to or indulge in give him such a visceral reaction as "hate"🤦🏾♀️ I don't have the time or energy to actively hate someone or something. I have a life to live, it's unnecessary stress and if I'm not into an artist I just don't listen. It's not that hard lol smh
I loved your commentary. The U.S. does feel the world revolves around them. Its a great country, however there is success, glory & wonderful lives lived all over the planet.
Once you actually go and travel and see other cultures you quickly figure out you were robbing yourself of the beauty of humans by simply having blinders on.
It's always good to interrogate feeling and opinions this way... it's one thing not to like a genre or to dislike an artist's work. But this is an example of pushing a bit more and uncovering bigotry, bias, and ignorance.

BTS may not be your cup of tea, and that is totally fine. Everyone can have their own taste. However if you want to make a public statement that you hate them, then you "have to" have reasonable reason. Especially given you are a musician, you'd beter have professional analysys and politically correct word.
When you have BTS holding #1 on billboard hot trending for 21 weeks, 5 of the top 6 spots and 15 out of the top 20 are Korean artists, I think Joe is waaayyyy behind the times. Not to mention most recently 3 AMAs, a Grammy nom and they are up for 7 billboard awards. And 2022 has only just begun. Like RM said, "We might not have earned respect but this is not some kind of syndrome, these 7 boys from Korea are doing this". Joe Budden is just a Ddaeng and reputable artists with an ounce of integrity should not be part of his 'shows'.💜
Joe Budden is very jealous and envious of any group/person that does well. He knows who and what they do. He doesn't know about the industry that well. He knows them when they make it big, and then he hates them. I really don't listen to Joe Budden because he is NOT about the music. He knew if he said some shit that it would get him attention like what he did with Eminem. It's all jealousy and envy.
Yeah, 'Hate' is such a strong word to use. Like, just say you're not interested or it's not for you and leave it at that. But Joe Budden is going to Joe Budden, and waste his time hating on 7 dudes, who are just out there doing their own thing.
