OK do dis.....push in the the button on the magazine that the firing pin strikes to make sure the button is not jammed. If the button is jammed the firing pin striking it will not release the air!

If its still under warranty id be getting it exchanged, or its for display only. I know this is an expensive idea but what about another magazine?...by buying another you are completely ruling out the mag being defective. On the subject of cleaning the barrel...i think i read somewhere that umarex recommend one in every so many co2 canisters should be the service ones....ive used them, they have so much oil in them for lubricating the system. Maybe by using a cleaning rod you might of disloged something as you said in the video. Very frustrating bits of kit the old co2 guns!....all the best 😊😊😊😊

I still don’t know why it does it like that, but try charging the Thompson, then putting in the magazine on Falto and see if that fires

Shouldn't have to even clean the barrel with a ramrod. Should be no carbon or gun powder deposits to clean. Best bet is to just spray it out with a can of air every now and then if the gun sits. If you shoot it a lot it shouldn't be dusty.

That's very odd - would have to take a look at the internal mechanism.
I don't own that particular model but do let us know if you manage to fix it on your own.
