I tried it, in first attempt it just stuck to the pan and broken into pieces, in 2nd attempt broken while flipping, in third attempt i made a slightly thick layer , perfect round took 25 minutes to cook but guess what, it was 100% cooked from out side, crunchy while insde was liquidy uncooked batter. It's a no guys, make effort to dough the flour.

Problem with liquid dough paratha/roti is that the time you saved in kneading/rolling will be spent while cooking. Takes lot of time & pressing to cook.
True! But I would still take this approach over kneading and rolling; I end up using 1-2 min chunks that I get while waiting for each paratha to cook. I plan out some cleaning, prep for other dishes, etc in those isolated chunks, that ends up being much more productive :)

not just temparature, make sure before you flip the top surface is little dry, then make sure you apply ghee or butter on both sides, post that start pressing it to puff

Btw, this may be a new receipe for all, but it's an old time food from the kitchen of Odisha!! It's called as "atta chakuli pitha" !! I see a whole lot of variation to it by adding this and that, but the foundation is the same. It's a staple morning or evening time snack for many households in Odisha!! Try out by adding jaggery or sugar with smashed bananas to the mix of atta and fry it on a tawa as a dosa is done. And have it with pickle or curry or just like that!! You will keep preparing it time and again!! Check it out!!

We exactly tried this recipe today but it came out as pancake AND NOT AS A PARATHA . IT LOOKS NICELY DONE BUT from middle it's totally uncooked .
