I promised after the last serious video that the next one would contain a margarita! We shot this on Easter so I figured a little nip for Jesus wouldn't hurt. Ever try "drunk chicken"? Just stick an open can of beer up it's "cavity" season between meat and skin then stand it up on the grille and cook low and slow for 1.5 hrs. Really good and "MOIST"

Kid friendly heat level and yet they will try and wat takis and flaming hots etc. Put that much heat in a dinner then it's like "but it's so hot" lol. Ivy use to anyway now she likes hot curry etc lol.

I think I like the barrel house better for ribs but the Orion better for whole birds ... the real test will be when we try our next pork shoulder .

I got to say I would rather be dirt road poor then rich and stuck up. (NO OFFENSE TO ANYBODY) Money changes a lot of people. Then there is the type that was born poor lives like the poor but have what they want and need. I love my small family farm life. Great video!
