I like this very much, how did you ground your welder to the project? I see it’s on a steel table to ground to but I can’t see any metal touching the table?
Ja, bischen Gedult muß man schon mitbringen. 😂😂😂 Danke fürs vorbeischauen. Übrigens Glückwunsch, du bist der erste der sich getraut hat nen deutschen komentar zu schreiben. 😁
And what's your settings on. Your tig machine is very subtle compared to mine when welding Mines much more violent and won't stay as smooth or able to control as yours seems.
@@all_handmade sweet thanks for all the info very helpful. So I'd imagine 200 amps probably would be why my machine seems to be like the fourth of July! Haha.
Hi, these washers are for M12 Bolts and Stainless. An Advice.... Be patient, take your Time, start at a low Amper (maybe 30 Amp) then turn it up step by step as long as you feel comfortable. And maybe you practice a little on some left overs before you start on your project. If you need any more tips, feel free to find me on Facebook and contact me there. It will be my pleasure to help you out. 😉
I watched your channel add and thought it was incredible, this one is just as wonderful. You have a brilliant and cool talent!
Thank you
Why did you use the outside of the plaster mold instead of the inside? Beautiful piece.
Because it is easier to fit the Washers on the Outside
I have always wanted to make something out of washers. Nice job!!!
Thank you Alan. Give it a go it is satisfying when you are done...
Wow.. love it.
Love it Guido! Great memento of her pregnancy.😁👍
Thx Mate
I have never done one of those washer sculptures before.. I need to try that.. :) YES ART!
Think this little thing is Art?
Watch one of my older videos. I made 2 faces in Lifesize from washers 😉
So much patience Guido..and yes ..it's still art. Fantastic job brother :)

Watch the "3rd" Hand....
Beautiful job! I have a question please, can this be done with the electric welding heat pencil?
Defenetely NO.
Sorry Mate
very nice video ... I will definitely do it, in another video it was welded from the inside, so the welding point was on the back
Sure, it’s art.
Hallo Guido, ist gut geworden. Von mir bekommst Du auf alle Fälle ein Fleißkärtchen...
Ja, bischen Gedult muß man schon mitbringen. 😂😂😂
Danke fürs vorbeischauen.

One last question did you prep the washers in any way? And what tungsten are you using?
No I didnt prep them.
I used a 2.4mm golden Tungsten
Hey man where did you get the washers? I have plenty of ideas but don't know where to order the washers in bulk. Any help would be great
Here in Germany you'll get them at the Hardwearstore 😉
@@all_handmade ahhhh I figured you ordered online thank you!
Also how did you kept the form from burning
Plaster doesnt burn. 😉
And what's your settings on. Your tig machine is very subtle compared to mine when welding Mines much more violent and won't stay as smooth or able to control as yours seems.
I dont really remember it but it must have been around 50-60 amps, 1sec downslope and 2 sec postflow

@@Bmanfresh well, at least 🤣🤣
Do you think a small spot welder could be used?
I dont think so as you cant get both poles on it because of the plaster...
do you do this with a soldering iron?
Nope, I used a TIG Welder.
How many washers did this end up taking ?
Round about 500 😉
Do you think this would work with solder?
It will defintely not work.
Sorry Mate
What size washers are they?? :)
Any advice for a welding novice doing this???

You are tig welding? How come it doesn't need the filler rod? I didn't know you could just use it without a rod. Oh nvm I see you now using one lol.
Yes I used a filler rod here and there.
Doing Tig withouta filler rod is called fusionwelding I do this as often as I can at this kind of work. 😉
another left handed tig welder ,,, there are a lot of tig lefties on the tube
Well leftys are more creativ they say. 🤣🤣
@@all_handmade take note , now Ive mentioned it ,,,,,, you will see.
