What type of sand are you using? can you name the Sand that you use for Stone (Granite ) Engraving. You are humbly requested to guide me about the SAND which is used for Stone, specially Granite Engraving. waiting for your soonest response
Tryin to get into sign making myself what been sandblasting headstones for about 8 years for the company I work for . If u could answer a couple questions for me I’d greatly appreciate it what size air compressor do u use and what media do u use
We use a 375 cfm screw type compressor. This is exceeds our requirements for sign making. I believe a compressor like this and the proper blast media will work well for granite.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Unfortunately I don’t blast stone or granite. Try to find a sand blast supplier in your area.
Did you find out ?
Thanks, I have an idea 👍
Your signs look great mate, thanks for your video. I'm just starting to get into HDU material but it's so bloody expensive.... Cheers from Australia

What is model of sand blaster?
I recommend a screw type compressor135 cfm works.I blast at around 40 psi. Need lots of air volume.
@@mattjackson1033 Forgive my intrusion Matt but how much air volume does one need for an average sized sign?.....Great video BTW :-)
I got a sand blaster. I have the Programs. I have the paints, the CNC......I have made signs. Now getting the HDU is fucking impossible!
I really like the Woodglut plans.
spelling mistakes by a sign shop are not reassuring
It happens lol. The customer approved the artwork, but we still made things right with them.
It’s a video, not a sign, his video guy made the mistake aka me! :)
If you can't spell, you shouldn't make signs
Thanks for the comment. Be spelling things wrong for 20+ years now. :)
I was the one that published this video, not Jackson Signs! Years later and I’m still getting slack but I hope you liked the content of the video
