    The professor helps me became interested and evolved in Henry V. His sense of humor is fun. I like when he chuckles about scenes in the play. The professor really enjoys Shakespeare’s plays. Thank you for these lectures that I really enjoy. You are very knowledgeable and make studying Shakespeare fun.

    For me reading the body part section somehow recalled to mind. Ionesco...it would seem to anticipate the theater of the absurd.

    We're comfortable saying that Athenian cities had distinct independent cultures at the same time we talk about Grecian values and cultures. So, perhaps Athenian culture favors knowledge while Spartan culture emphasizes physical fitness but both share definitions of virtue and honor? idk.

    Or after achieving a masterpiece with H IV i + ii, Shakespeare quite logically reuses those successfully developed characters in later plays?

    Stonewall Jackson took his Christianity very seriously. Not sure how he balanced his contradictions.

      It was balanced for him. He lost his arm,then his life.
