- I had a LASIK eye surgery done in Toronto Canada to correct my eyesight.
Here are some of the Laser surgery clinics in Ontario:
Lasik MD
TLC
Herzig
Clear view vision Institute
Bochner Eye institute
and more...
You can have a consultation to find out if you're eligible for Lasik eye surgery for free.
Most Lasik clinics have a financing option. Do your research to find out what clinics and options work best for you.
Thank you for the great description of the process. I'm finally thinking of doing this myself!
Appreciate you covering everything in depth!
Lasik MD was one of my options when looking at different clinics in Toronto but I decided not to go with them in the end. In order for you to have thr life time warranty/commitment, you have to get an eye exam every year. Which most insurance plans or at least my insurance plan covers an eye exam every two years. So it is pretty costly down the line. I notice not many people mention this. Some may say you don’t need life commitment/ warranty but you never know if you may need an enhancement in a few years. Also Lasik MD doesn’t have a very good revision rate either.
Great , I can imagine how you feel. I hope to get one someday once I find out I am eligible. Thanks for a calm video
All the best
Are you experiencing dry eyes? Is there anything negative you're experiencing or everything is perfectly fine?
I’m happy you got this done sis! Looks so good but most importantly, seeing you sooo happy is beautiful💜👀
Thank you my love. And thanks for cheering me on all the way❤️

Girl get on it!
I am definitely going to get it done once i land in Canada.Tanx for this video Nneka.Uche from saggy😀
Hi Uche! 🙋🏽♀️. Smart decision 👍🏼
Really so happy for you!😭😭
My eyesight is really bad(I'm actually scared of even going to know my prescription). I literally can't do anything without my glasses. HONESTLY, Wearing glasses is becoming increasingly burdensome, oh lord of my soul! I really can't just wait for when I'll finally be able to get a lasik surgery cos yes, I've actually made up my mind, despite all the scary stories I've heard, that it'll have it done sometine in the future when I have enough funds.
Right now, I'm literally just a student hoping for better days. Lol.
How were you able to raise the money for your surgery though? How did you start saving and financially working towards getting your surgery done? The tips would be very helpful.
P.s: YOUR VOICE IS AMAZING!!!!
Thanks! Going to a reputable clinic can help with your fears and anxiety of it not being properly. My surgeon had done over 30,000 surgeries. Wishing you all the best if you decide to go through the process

It's great. No halos and light bouncing around
I’m sorry if you’ve already mentioned it and I missed it but can you tell me your contact lenses prescription strength for reference? Thanks.
I was -2.5
@@NaijaCanadaGirl thank you :)
Do you think having the lazik done first month as soon as I land in Canada/Mississauga is a good idea? Or should I wait more ...
It really depends on you. But I guess when you land you might have more pressing things to attend to first but if you can accommodate and afford it, go right ahead
Super informative vdo
Thanks
For beginning of test whether we are eligible for surgery or not, all the cost of test is free? And doctors appointment is also free or we have to pay how much amount?
Yes it is free to test to see if you are eligible
Price for lasik??
Her surgery cost her 5,000 Dollars but like she was saying it's all depend on a person to person issue not all price fit all.
I did my lasik surgery last month March 25 but my eyes are still swelling, pain and still in redness. I don't know when I can feel normal
I'm sorry to hear that! That's concerning. Hoping you can have a second opinion at a different clinic from where you did yours if you haven't already
Omg this is so scary thanks for sharing
Do you remember who your surgeon was?
Dr Omar Hakim

It's cost her 5,000 Dollars
