Really makes you understand just how much Taron’s theming enhances its experience. Take away some of the near misses and fly-throughs and it makes the layout seem kinda… eh? Still looks incredibly fun, but kinda lacking in comparison to its German counterpart. The portion after the second launch seems especially weaker. Not sure why they’d raise the turn and make it less snappy, unless they did it for scenic purposes.
What a strange layout to clone; the original was basically tailor-made for the theming/landscape elements around it. Still, at least the theming on this version isn't too terrible. Imagine how weird it'd look on flat (or near-flat) ground with nothing around it.
Can't quite believe this is a thing, but you know what? Good for them. Tens of thousands who ride it won't even know Taron exists and when you look at it that way, it's gonna blow their minds and make lots of happy memories. As a standalone ride, the theming is still half-decent and I assume it goes just as quick when the train's fully loaded. It just steals the aura somewhat, having just ridden Taron and believing it's a one of a kind experience, but then being reminded that it's a product that can be bought and replicated to an alarming degree of accuracy.
I've been on Taron mutliple times and it's pretty smooth and makes alsmost no sounds - although this one here is a brand new installation, there're already a lot of noises from the cars and parts of the track seemed to be rather rough...
Precision german engineering! We take safety and all surrounding it very seriously. As a matter of fact, the lead technician for taron rides it every day in order to give his approval so the ride may open for that day.

That's not entirely true. Taron has a faster second launch, actually. It's running faster which (of course) makes the ride better although it's the same layout.

@@ThatRollerCoasterNerd Yeah, it has theming. Just a tiny little bit of it!
The theming is definitely great by american standards, I think it just further establishes how insane Phantasialand's theming is.

😂

Yes but this for some reason is meant to be alot slower then taron
It still has some great theming (better than the best themed UK coasters)
