Well done for doing the clutch replacement in your driveway. Only use 1st gear for steep hills or ramps, try taking off in 2nd gear when on flat ground.

Aslong as the access is okay with the cab tilted was it not that bad of a job ! Luckily you didn’t get any rusted bolts good job man

Nice video bro! I got a light truck (5 ton) and when its not loaded the truck has power. But when you load the truck up it has no power on uphills... do you think the clutch is not working ? Or do I have to find the problem in another system???

If the revs climb quicker than the speed the clutch is slipping but youd probably smell that
      Boost leak maybe?

thanks the video. i'm doing a npr66 and having an absolutely fucked time getting the flywheel bolts off. tried the same tech of grounding the 22mm down a bit but my gun isn't strong enough to break it loose. tried a big ol breaker bar and the jack pipe but i'm closing to snapping the breaker bar than breaking the bolts loose. i think the previous mechanics loctited the bolts lol.

Oh wow! Thats missery! I found the thicker socket worked onnthe rattle gun, i assume because it lost less force through the socket, you might have to get a torque multiplier or another breaker bar -.- what a pain! I feel for you ahah

@@elheffeschopshop Managed in the end to get them loose with a neighbours air gun. How did you go about getting the input shaft to slide in? did you have an alignment tool? I had to use a diy method with an extension and tape and am doubting it's properly aligned...

      Nice work!
I didnt document this very well tbh
I put the clutch etc in the gearbox
Bolted the gbox up. Then through the starter hole did all the clutch bolts up, it was misery 😅

Ahh that makes sense, I'll give that a go, hopefully everything is smooth sailing once the two bits are mated.
Certainly don't envy you mate, these jobs are a pain
