I see expensive John Deere small tractors that do not blow wet snow much better. You were blowing the snow a fair distance in the first part of the video and were travelling at a good speed
Hello, I have a suggestion for the problem with the mounting bar wobbling. I would use a square u bolt to hold the bar tight to the atv frame. I did this with my atv snow plow, works great. Thanks for sharing problems with this blower.
If you wanna throw the wet stuff better take up the gap between the impeller and the case with some rubber from a mud flap on the end of the impeller. Could you possibly show the electric clutch they use. I have a centrifugal clutch in my homemade one and would like to increase the auger speed
Something does not seem right. I have a bercomax snowblower on a lawn tractor "24 hp pto belt driven" and it does not vibrate nearly as much and throws the snow without nearly as much effort. I'm of the impression your auger blade needs to be re-welded if it is no longer attached or there is an issue with your impeller / snowblower. It seems the snow is coming out in chunks instead of a smooth steady stream even if it is slush. I'm very impressed with how much work the snowblower is doing especially in heavy slush but something seems off. I can throw deep snow "not slush" about 30ft smoothly with my bercomax 48" snowblower but need an ATV like you have with 4wd .
This must be a joke, too many machines to d a very little job. Even a self propel snow blower it self or a used atv plow will do a lot better job than this set up.

Take a piece of a plastic bag and put it over the the hole on the jerry can with an elastic band , it’s not perfect but u won’t have snow go in

Det kan godt hende. Freser til lovolen står på ønskelista, men man bruker nå det man har :)
