I want you to know how much I enjoy your channel! You have an excellent way of presenting the information for everyone to understand. All of the topics are topics that everyone should be aware of especially those with various health issues. I wish people knew how "SPOT ON" you are! Everything you say is correct because we are dealing with various issues in my household. Just wished that I had starting watching when you first started on TH-cam! Keep just the good work!!!

Very well presented. I started with Graves’ disease that developed after years of endurance sports (long distance triathlon). Convinced the constant stress and the “nutrition” you use for the sport was the trigger. I resisted RAI and took low dose anti-thyroid for a while and focused on lifestyle/diet. Graves went in remission and I didn’t need any meds for a long time and then developed mild Hashimotos and take low dose levo - been on same dose since beginning. I’ve tested positive for both antibodies.

love your delivery Dr E. everything you say resonates like a liberty bell. I have been hypo for over 20 years on a high dose of thyroxine. was very out of whack at the start. I've been working with a natural health practitioner homeopath for over 6 months, refined my diet, supplements, cared for my leaky gut (gluten intollerance) reduced stress, more sleep and a miracle has ocurred I have just been informed I need to lower my daily dose of thyroxine from 150mcgms to 125. First time ever the dose has gone down not up!!

Wow thanks 🙏 I had my thyroid out nearly 30 years ago and I never felt great since my doctor always tells me my thyroid is good , 😮 if I’m taking the same amount of medication all the time could my thyroid still be fluctuating because that’s what it feels like and I’m always cold
