I’ll be honest, You and Nick have changed the way that I see pushing your muscles as much as possible forever! Instant sub from me. I had no idea that you were this connected into pro body building also. Seeing you in a video with Ronnie Coleman and Nick Walker tripped me out!

Whats the reason why you change your typical (3-5 reps to warm up) and Top set and now Build up 10 reps to failure sets?

  • @BENCHIPED

Justin, we need more videos buddy. we love ya. However, I got a question for you. Your logbook? Why is it that between every rest pause or cluster etc you will countdown exact time. But between every real set. It's loosely 1,2 or 3 minutes. Why wouldn't you keep tract of your time in between sets? I train alone and keep track of my sets and even at two minutes it's fucking quick. What's funny is Jay Cutler claims he trained 60 seconds in between sets, lol ya ok not even close. Why because he made dvds and you can actually time in between his sets. 60 seconds is laughable. Justin you do your reps perfectly. you do your cluster sets timed and your rest pause timed. However, why isn't it that you wouldnt time you're in between sets? I don't get it? I guess what I'm saying is what's the point of a logbook if one set you did three minutes in between a set, and the next set you did four minutes? That's a huge discrepancy. What I'm saying is if you're going to keep a log book, shouldnt the rest periods be close between sets? Because if they're not, what's the point of a log book? Log book only works if all variables of the same. Not just the weight. Come on bro let's fucking go!!!!!! Plus how great would it be to piss Fouad off if you started timing in between your sets. Hahahaha. But make no mistake that is the future whether you do it or somebody else does.
