Let's be real nobody is working, 24/7 You are going to sleep eventually. And besides, studies show not sleeping and working the next day drops people effectiveness and tendencies to make mistakes to that of someone whos been drinking. It makes sense to oil the machine(body) before you go to war(work). Don't believe the BS that leads you to think you should neglect your health, physically and mentally The Swiss are the most effective when it comes to effective work hours, as they base there education and work systems on actual research. Limiting yourself to just 8 hours a day just seems like one is only doing what they have to, which never yields great results. I've notice in my personal journey that working while others are sleeping has contributed to me being ahead amongst family and my peers.... However, I will take on board what you have said and see if you have identified a more effective way to get ahead...
