Thanks so much for the detailed explanation. I was stuck when it came to charging the battery. I couldn't figure out where the charging plug went in until you showed it. Yours is the only video that actually shows where the hidden connection is. Great video!!

How about sucking up hairs if they’re stuck underneath something( I had some hairs on dressing table stuck underneath a 20 ml bottle of lotion and my I life cordless couldn’t suck it up)

This was a HUGE let down. Nearly $600 for a load of crap that cannot even lift a small piece of tissue paper of the carpet. Charge is dismal and the waste compartment always clogs at the point of extraction. The runners on the head also continually stop rotating and need on/off to reset. We will be taking it back and will exchange for what was my first choice being a company that actually make vacuums being Dyson....

Must admit Dyson are a lot better than Samsung at making vacuums

Dysin is really very good if budget isn’t a constraint. Also anothe problem I face with it is a bit too heavy for my wrist and I can’t keep the trigger pressed all the tome( arthritis) so I can work the vaccum for 5 mins and my wrist hurts
