Can someone explain the role of Bb7 in the last key change of verse 4? Dm7| Dm7| Bb7 | Bb7| Gm | G7 | C. I think the progression is in the key of D minor moving to C. But said key has Bbmaj7 and not dominant (is it a borrowed chord?). Also Eb major doesn't make sense to me because of Dmin before the dominant...does not look like C minor either. Is it some scale of Gmin?
