I've been struggling with creative burnout for the last month or so and I've come out the other side mostly unscathed and in a better position mentally to deal with any future cases.
Hopefully my experiences (and especially mistakes) can at least encourage you to think about your own mental health and respecting your limits. I've started to respect mine and it's helping a lot.
