Do you find that converting from RAW is the best way to process a black and white image? How do you feel about using the black and white creative style and shooting in RAW? I am after trying to see how my image will come out when I process my photo.

Extraordinary Anthony. Your skills and attitude are beyond reproach. Every evening I sit here for an evening and then I spend the next months or
so putting your skills behind my shutter button. I don’t always get my editing right, but I keep on going over my saved tutorials and I feel better for it. You have dedicated people following you, I’m just one of the older Generation followers. Thank you anthony. Stay safe.

Fantastic tip in using Radial Filter outside the image without 'invert' to affect the whole image! New one on me. Excellent tuition as always Anthony and much appreciated is your time and energy! Cheers, Ray.

Agree. Those who turn their thumbs down to this, wonder what they expected and why they dislike it.

Thanks, Anthony. Clear and concise! I like the radial filter, which I did not know. Black and white videos are always fascinating!

I am usually lazy and process an image for colour, then just click B&W. This allows just a tweek or two of the sliders to enhance. I guess because images are produced in colour and I recognise an image that will convert succesfully. I am not a professional but appreciate immensely the time you take to produce these videos. The concise nature of your subjects help to in a busy world.

Question…will many of the techniques you explain in Lightroom work in Affinity Photo? You have got the BEST videos!

The tip on using a small radial filter to select the entire image was my main take-away from this video. Not necessarily something I would use very often, but when I have I always tried dragging a graduated filter over the whole image. This seems much easier/quicker. :)

Thank you. The selective colour was something I was looking for. Do you see Niks Software much and what are your favourite aspects of it?

question. Where is the JPEG file located in Lightroom when you import RAW + JPEG images from your camera at the same time? I took some photographs yesterday in RAW + JPEG with a Fuji X-T10 and I took the JPEG in B&W. In the Library setting the images appear in B&W. When I go to the Develop setting they appear in Color. I just want to export a few of the B&W JPEG images without processing the RAW files. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Do you have favorite way for infrared?

The only selective color in an image that you can get by playing with the sliders without showing any other color or affecting the whole image is the yellow color.
