To be included among the names of so many unbelievably talented creators is very honoring. Machinima is something I know holds a very special spot in so many of our hearts, and being shared alongside creators I've spent hours upon hours watching their work means so much. Seeing this many Halo Machinima creators being included in this year's rewind really warms my heart, knowing that the community is still alive and thriving. I find it really inspiring. Hey I'm someone from Duel wield studios (just someone who works with them not an actual member yet) its dope to see that we were added here to the halo machinima rewind (i've only been with DWS for about 5 months so only really worked on Respawn)
My friends and I started Fireteam Infinite as a joke. And to be on season 4 and have it actually be featured in someone's Machinima Rewind... it honestly brought a tear to my eye. Thank you and good job to everyone else!
Honestly seeing that so many Machinimas are still being made all over by so many people is very refreshing, the Machinima community may not be as recognized as it once was but it's filled with plenty of passionate people! I may just be a simple body actor here and there but I'm glad to be a part of this whole thing!
i remember watching early machinima in the late 2000s and seeing all the content then. next thing i know i heard machinima was disbanded. now i come across this and it turns out its still alive? wow.
