@@GreenoEats ooh yummy 😋 I will have to get some Kaluha this Christmas! When I was working a friend and I would swap little bottles of Bailey's Cream we would wrap them up in Christmas 🎄 Paper too 😅🤣
I am not an expert on the TGTG thing, but I truly thought the whole concept was about keeping things basic. So I am very surprised to see it also caters for luxury foods. Maybe it was the camera view, but those chocolate bombs looked far too big to sit inside a mug; they looked massive. Obviously the Guinness chocolates struck a cord with me! 🤣But anything like that is best ordered direct from Dublin; either from Guinness or through Dublin's largest souvenir and gift shop Carroll's Irish Gifts.
You certainly do get luxury goods too - if you were to download the app and look around central London there are plenty of posh places alongside the regular ones. I guess even they would rather make a few quid than throw something in the bin :-)
Hi!! Just wanted to say that I absolutely love this video series, I've watched all of them😅 being an American (now studying in the Czech Republic uninterrupted for over 2 years) for me it is baffling how much high quality food you can get for such low prices using too good to go. I come from a small college town in Arizona, and the implementation of such systems would help students and other low income individuals and families immensely (in addition to other supporting programs). Especially referencing the video from Naked Cafe.. all of that which could be almost a whole day's worth of food for just over 4 USD... it's mindblowing. Anyway, love the wholesome and entertaining videos!! Keep it up!
Hi Megan - thanks so much for the positive message, I am so glad you enjoyed the videos. You are right, some of the offerings on the app could be a godsend to people who need to find lower cost food options. For that reason I am always mindful to never take to last bag from anywhere, as there could be someone who needs that a lot more than me! The app is pretty prevalent throughout Western Europe, lots of options in France, Germany, Switzerland etc. but doesn't seem to have reached Central Europe yet - only a matter of time though I guess.
Yeah was a good deal! There seem to be more of these kind of places popping up in other areas I have seen (too far to travel just to make a video though ha ha!) Thanks for watching 🙂
I was gonna say Americans aren’t crazy, and then I remembered that you all elected Trump once, and probably will again ha ha! (Yes, I know, we had Boris Johnson too, crazy Brits!)
Yes, it was a very good result wasn't it. My little one was also particularly excited about those bombs. I'm not a hot chocolate fan, and even I can see the appeal!!
That was great value for special items. I was wondering whether the chocolate would have a white bloom to it but it still looked in good condition. As the chocolates seem to be individually wrapped you could make up some kids party bags with them and no one would know they were past there best before date!
Hi greeno,I didn't know you lived near blandford forum,we drive past there every year on our way to charmouth for our yearly fossiling holidays, small world.👍👌💥
Yeah it’s not far from me, I’m based down in South Dorset. Like I mentioned in the video I did live there for a year or 2 as a nipper, although that was a veeerrrryyy long time ago!
Is this the kind of magic bag you would order? A bit different to the normal Greggs ones 😀
I think it was well worth the money to be honest, although not one I’ll be heading to every week as the waistline would be even worse 😂
Excellent magic box!
It certainly was... lots of yummy treats that the whole family enjoyed!! Thanks for watching
A great price Greeno 👌 👍 it would be about $24.00 Australian My Nanna loved 😍 ❤ the Humbug boiled sweets! 😀 ❤🎉
This was a good deal, lots of different treats, we had some, gave the rest away.
All those delicious looking sweets for £12.50,that is an absolute winner.
Yeah, my daughter was especially chuffed off camera!
My absolute 💯 fav Baileys Irish Cream yum 😋
We always have a bottle at Christmas, even nicer with a shot of a coffee liqueur in, Kahlua for example 🙂

In fairness that is a more than decent haul for £12.50. Would be an absolutely cracking Magic Bag (Box) for Christmas
Yeah is a bit of a corker! Just got to scoff it all now!
Hi there just been watching your video it was worth £12 50 i wish we had a shop were we live.

I haven't seen one since I was a kid, but we used to call them grab bags. Crazy Americans. 😉

@@GreenoEats Me neither to be honest, but something like that? Couldn't pass it up!
What a bargain! Nice one 👍
Yeah, might take me a while to make my way through that lot (although not if the kids have anything to say about it!)

Yeah, so far everything’s in good condition, no sign that the product might be past its best. A good result for sure 😀
Yum 👍
I’ve only tried a few bits, but delicious so far😀
