My favorite is Lupin/Patren X. Lupin/Patren X suit is the embodiment of how Noel is the "wild card” of either team. His Lupin X suit more armored like the Patranger while the other Lupinranger is more sleek can be seen as he's the ”hired muscle" of the team, the one who became the decoy while the thief escape from the police. On the other hand, his Patren X suit is more sleek while the Patranger suit is more armored can be seen as he's the ”detective” of the team, working together with the police but in his own way to catch the thief, so of course he's need to be fast to move around to catch them while the police main job is protecting citizen first. And his visor is just each other form visor rotated is also unique. Really fit for either team theme. Honorable mention for PR side is Titanium Ranger. For an original suit, it's perfect, the design is sleek, with added shoulder pad make him look more cool. His design really fit the Lightspeed Rescue/GoGo V suit. His weapon is also awesome, a sleek and compact axe/blaster. Eventhough i have a little nitpick with the weapon, mainly the orange bit on the nozzle? make it look toyetic, like how every gun replica must have some bright color parts to indicate it's a toy, hey, some sentai/ranger weapon feel toyetic so it's ok, just a little nitpick. Some idra for your next video maybe the common top 10 rider suit, either final form or something different, top something rider suit from each season, top 10 ultraman design, top 10 rider belt, sentai/ranger morpher or ultraman changer, or top 10 rider or sentai weapon, either team weapon, personal weapon or team cannon for sentai
My all time favorite 6th ranger is Zyuoh the world, him having three different animal instincts and being able to use it all at once. the way his visor changes along with is fishing Rod can also change its modes, but what I loved the most about him was how OP he was when he was corrupted. Taking out our hero’s like it was nothing being able to take out the speedy’s and the tanks out the team and when he walked through tanks Quak stop like it was nothing was my favorite part of the episode
I count Geki Violet/Wolf Ranger as the same type of ranger as Abare Black, Go-On Green and Black, and Big One: additional rangers that are still core members.
One of my favorites is gaosilver or the howling wolf ranger from wild force, the way the silver and blue work to almost represent the moon in a way while also showing his lone wolf nature after zen-aku just works especially on the helmet. For dekamaster I think you forgot to mention how more refined his suit and visor are compared to the others showing experience behind those 100 enemies he's defeated and that he's no slouch
My favourite is definitely Magna Defender. His backstory is the first actually dark one in the Power Rangers franchise (Although Andros comes close) and I love how his son(/brother?) is just a tiny version of him, but mostly Iadore that he just has a shotgun (to the point one of his specials in Battle for the Grid is just a point blank shotgun blast) EDIT: honorable mention to Jungle Fury Purple, mostly because I like how he's the first Ranger I saw (specifically, in the videogames) with a recognizable fighting style. Plus, muay thai is cool.
i have a soft spot for kiramei silver suit - the shiny texture, the broad shoulders, the use of blues and oranges to really make the suit pop... plus it resembles builders attire, and the goggles are a nice touch!
I love Bouken Silver’s suit. Eiji’s character was really good in boukenger. Having discovered kamen rider by accident back in 2006 is when I eventually discovered Boukenger just like you. We’re kinda similar in taste. I own Bouken silver’s go go changer with box and I will agree Geki violet is a beautiful suit. I would love to see him and Bouken silver as a shinkocchou seihou figuart from Bandai. I may have to make a video like this for my channel but focus it around 6ths instead of extra rangers being included like in yours. Still a nice video nonetheless. You earned my subscription. You have a good voice for this kinda thing. I’m a little jealous. I’m terrible at video editing but I make do with I got it since it’s more of a hobby for me. Next time you go to Japan take a bigger suitcase to fill it with tokusatsu toys haha
They did Eiji so dirty in that show. I am STILL pissed off at how he relegated to a glorified cheerleader in the final mech battle of the Boukenger vs Super Sentai special despite him doing all the heavy lifting!

Also Ryusoul Gold, Kiramei Silver, Don Torabolt and Don Doragoku for me felt unimaginative. Twokaiser's suit was not bad but it wasn't the best.
Finally the respect the Deka Master deserves, the metal finger tips, the badge on the shoulders, the big breast plate and just the sword, i just can't understand why people don't appreciate that first class design. Also kind of a shame he didn't talk about the OG gold ranger, the King Ranger, Shinken gold, Magi shine, Stat ranger, all gold and blue, but there's no better pair for gold then black The best Gold ranger
I feel like Bouken Silver does orange and silver better than Kiramei Silver. To me,it all goes down to the colors. Also I think Kiramei Silver's suit was too metallic in certain areas.
I don't have a definitive favorite but one suit that came to mind as I was watching is King Ranger AKA Gold Zeo Ranger. I'm just a sucker for that shoulder pads, also the visor following the Ohrangers' pattern of having 6 points of interest while also doubling as the kanji for king is too good
My favorite sixth Ranger, and honestly my favorite Ranger, is Merrick Baliton... or the Howling Wolf/Lunar Wolf Ranger from Power Rangers Wild Force. And his suit is the most unique from the rest of the team too, being more than one color (Still don't get how it's part NAVY and not violet like with his jacket) and I really like that... especially when it comes to merch.
All great picks here as well as a great video! Personally however, If I where to make my own list, I'd limit it to sentai I've seen(Zyuranger - Dekaranger). That said, I'd put Shurikenger and Time Fire at the no.1 and 2 spot respectively, with the vacant spots going to: Mega Silver King Ranger Gao Silver And(controversial pick), Signalman.

My favourite is wolzard fire. It's a badass suit with great details. it's the best of magiranger for me.

Red will slways be my favorite and to me the most strongest but the 6th ranger suits are always something dope to signify that that who it is
