On your Mark, get set GOAL!

The IAU Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Unit conducted another webinar entitled "On your mark, Get set, Goal!" last November 14 from 2:00-4:00pm via IAU Zoom and livestream on IAU Official Facebook page.
Mrs. Vanessa S. Ocampo, President of Milestones and Breakthroughs Consultancy motivated the students with her four fundamental questions which they can ask and introspect in order to set their goals. For instance, you need to establish short term goals, identify the things you can control, take an action steps towards the fulfillment of your goals and be accountable to others. Also, Engr. John Paul Daliva, an IAU Alumnus and Mechanic in Singapore Airlines Engineering Philippines shared his unforgettable experiences, lessons and challenges he encountered towards the achievement of his dreams. Through his courage, persistence, and faith in God, he achieved the pinnacle of success.
In summary, the webinar encouraged the students, teachers, faculty and staff to start and recreate new goals and plans for the betterment of this year amidst the pandemic.
