Replacing The Transducer Mount on a Boat

The Humminbird fish finder transducer mount on my Ranger 395V I/O boat broke while we were fishing on the Lake Limestone last weekend. Lake Limestone short: th-cam.com/users/shorts6sn6T4m1x
I'm replacing it with a metal upgrade, instead of plastic. I also did this on my Ranger 330V a while back and that one has been working great. See that video here:
