2014 Jeep Cherokee Bumper Removal and Vertical Headlight Adjustment Fix

- This is an updated version of the video. I have found that some information was missing in the previous video.
We couldn't adjust the headlights on my daughters Jeep Cherokee and was told by our local Jeep dealer that the module was stripped and the headlight assemblies would need replaced, at $1200 each!!
This video will show how to fix the vertical alignment issue along with the bumper removal.
If you do find that the module is stripped, the module (shown in the video) can be purchased separately without having to buy an entire headlight assembly. The part number for the module is 68226878AA.

What did you turn to raise them thawed what i want to know ? Ugh
Look for small black plastic funnels, one for each light housing.
Use a really long 6mm allen wrench. Insert it into the funnel.
CW is up, CCW is down. Right and left is not adjustable.

What did you do to fix the plastic rivet you drilled out underneath the bumper
Just replaced them. Rivet gun and aluminum rivets from Menards.
Or get some plastic ones, they do the job.

@@WeDidSomething can this be accessed with the hood opened or do i need to open up panels to get into it
If I remember correctly, no panels need to be removed. These funnel looking things are in the inward side of headlight housing, using a bright flashlight may help in locating them.
