The extra resolution that 8K video provides beyond the resolution quality of 4K video is literally mind boggling. The additional details literally jump off the screen. I've never seen video quality like this from ANY smartphone..!
its not just the higher resolution btw. It also enables a higher bitrate video recording. Thats why there are other phones that can record 8k but dont look nearly as good as this.
@@d3ath_realm I agree. The video file sizes for 8K 30fps (8 bit) on the S23 Ultra are actually larger than the 4K 30fps HDR10+ (10 bit) videos. There's a lot of information / data in an 8K video codec. This 8K video footage is literally the real deal..!
@@MarcheRenoir I understand that but 8k records at 80Mbps bit rate. compare that to the other recording options. Like i said there are other phones that do 8k and not nearly as good as this. its not just about resolution. Just like many other phones that ALL DO 4k now and all have different quality. lol i feel like ur trolling me
Its more bitrate honestly, a 4k at 100mb/s bitrate on a proper camera will still beat this!

I was handheld for 95% of the video and barely adjusted the exposure. The majority of this video was straight Auto. You can do it too. 😉

On my galaxy a72 i can watch it in 4k.
So if the was edited and exported in 8k then uploaded, I think YT downscale it to 4k.

I'll take this as a compliment 😉. It is 8K 30fps. If it was 60fps, it would show that in the video quality options.

This is why iPhone sucks ! Samsung galaxy ultra 23 8k it’s worth it an the best photo quality, the best you can see everything even in detail the best. I’m glad I’m putting my two weeks notice in an apple because it sucks. Not to mention the Apple, Echo dots sucks.
