Hey Guys! I got this Clé de Peau Eyeshadow quad while I was traveling Japan! I got it from the airport, so it’s duty free, plus the rate was really good at that time, so it’s about $60 USD for both the case and the eyeshadow insert I believe. So it was a good deal! (With duty-free!) 😌
I’ve always wanted to try some of their color quad, but the price for 4 (usually) pretty light colored shadows make me feel like it doesn’t worth it.
However, the shades are very beautiful and have the elegant luxurious look to them. As you can see from the swatches, the shades in this #3 Sundried Driftwood quad are very soft and look just like silk 😲! They are gorgeous!!
But I’d say if you have a more tan skin tone, this quad is really not for you to be very honest. I think it’s even too light on my eyelid (my inner arm is more pale than my face😅). Basically only the plum shade (deepest in this quad) shows up…
On the positive side, I think the quad is great if you just want a no-makeup makeup look. They definitely give a soft sheen to the lid, which is totally elegant! ✨
