How much to rent monthly something like this
Monthly oceanfront here - owners wouldn't rent for less than 4000/month is what I was told by this owner. As much as 4500/month. Nightly would correspond to this revenue monthly and maybe more. Just what it goes for. A penthouse in the same dev has an other for 17k for 2 months. And owners are 'considering it' fyi

The million dollar view and location is what you are buying and it happens to come with a beautiful apartment that is worth 599k. This is the same layout as my main floor and we really like the foot print. Truly is a beautiful beautiful condo and location. Nothing like it in the world easily accessible from North America if you saw in person you would truly appreciate it

Playa bonita is not my first choice anymore...it was...but not now...I am more pro Portillo and Ballenas again...over building in bonita and erosion of the beachfront is back. I also like Coson. But bonita has seen better days I feel and I d agree somewhat here. But LT over all is exploding and amazing
How much does maintenance and common area cost?
This project has had recent issues with increasing condo fees which is very frustrating. I can expand more if you whatsapp me. Increasing fees must must have a corresponding benefit. Added Amenties. I do not see this in this project right now and it is highly frustrating
