However fear of that small detali is not good, a hurricane can come in and yet you'll still be safe. We weather the storm together with no fear and a lot of fatih. Peace and Spirituality as a the main reason to relocate to DR.

Wow, this property looks amazing… the potential to earn a few bucks before retirement would be huge… possibly relocating in the future… Hoosier here and I remember that you graduated from Ball State… Hopefully you are keeping those values with you as you build your empire… The DR is definitely on our list for retirement…. I have News for you Kash Juan Valdez, the Colombian🇨🇴 coffee brand, after its first branch in Santo Domingo, announces that it will open 12 stores in the Dominican Republic, yes 12 and in the next 6 months that's a lot, I'm happy cause we r growing 🇨🇦❤️🇩🇴

Center of town means lots of noise and traffic a bunch of times. I can't tell where the ocean is vs blue sky but I can see the view up close and not so hot.

Thanks a lot for this amazing video. I am a US citizen living in Puerto Rico and I made the investment in The Beach because once you visit the development, you just fall in love immediately. I saw other projects around Punta Cana, but investing in Palmera at The Beach was the best choice!

The DR is where to be. The growth is off the charts and the potential is there, while the US is in a melt down.
