I guess at high level play people respect the other player more, at lower level people are more likely to take to the skies and mash buttons, by consistently anti airing and performing frame traps and meaties this will discourage them from doing that and they will respect you and in turn you'll have more opportunities to use 6HP, or they'll just die if they keep spamming those things

Ryu is so DR meter dependent. If he had a combo you could go to without DR meter. It would hit different.
