His assists are insanely inflated because he played with a top 5 scorer of all time and both were always healthy, now his steals record is kinda inflated because he almost never missed a game, but to be a good stealer you just have to be a good stealer, much harder to inflate a steal than an assist

I have always been a warriors fan. I’m from Detroit so I had to choose a team. And the warriors were the obvious choice. Curry is inspirational, and Draymond is a Detroit native. But yeah the current warriors are cooked. They have to choose between there new players and winning with curry. If they send Steph away they can do a good rebuild. Or they could try and trade there new players to possibly try and win. Honestly I think trading Steph would be the better choice.

Are the mavs a legit great team? I mean, i feel like if another superstar had that team they wouldn't be discussed in this way. After you mention Kyrie the next reliable bucket is Tim Hardaway Jnr and he's been awful this season and he will be lucky to get any minutes in the playoffs. PJ Washington is the guy after that and he was on the Hornets's bench before they traded for him. I feel like Doncic's genius, and Kyrie's as well to a lesser extent, has guided the Mavs to a crazy finish in the regular season, but if Doncic was swapped for the star of an OKC or a Boston, then the expectations would just be nowhere near, which isn't to say that there shouldn't be higher expectations on Doncic's shoulders in relative terms, but i just feel like it should be acknowledged that this is still a huge carry that's going on and it's really just two guys doing it and that's all. As good as the Mavs have been they still have a pretty average team. In previous 2 series with the Clippers Luka basically had zero help at all. Brunson was basically played off the floor in the second series with the Clips and in the first he was a non-factor. Boban was getting serious minutes in the second series, whereas MKG was getting serious minutes in the first - that says it all! Dallas is a lot better now for sure, but rising to the level of average is not the same as being good. In my view, it's still mostly just Doncic's greatness and flashes of Kyrie in the 3rd and 4th carrying the rest of them to wins. The real difference is athleticism on defence thanks to Derek Jones Jnr and PJ Washington in the wings and better interior defence with Lively and Gafford, but none of these players are actually that good and they wouldn't even be acknowledged as such in a different situation.

CP3, Gary Payton and Big O are in the next tier of PG's but people sleep on Kidd and Stockton.
As a long time Rockets fan I'm still annoyed at Harden for consistently collapsing in historic fashion doing the playoffs but I also hope he brings a ring home eventually.
