Hellas Planitia, deepest crater of Mars with the most atmosphere and therefore the least lethal cosmic radiation... Also it should be the last place, where it would have liquid water before everything dried up, and hence the highest possibility of finding fossils of ancient life, if it ever happened over there.
12:03 Gotta love that blue sunset vibe... For real though you need more rayleigh scattering for that, there's a point in the video at which you make the entire sky blue with it.
WHERE would you visit FIRST on MARS?? 🤔
I would definitely visit Valles Marineris

I'd see the caldera at Pavonis Mons and then go to visit Echus Chasma, the sight of the largest waterfall in the Solar System, enormous 4km tall.
You, sir, are a talented man. Good job!
How do you import this into unreal engine 5?
the part at 11:10 makes me really excited to see stuff in the planet series LOOKS GREAT

So for a one time fee of $10 we get the code for Mars that will be continuously updated?
Where did you find such high quality dem files ? (Like, how do you get this specific location in the nasa data?)
Olympus mons is insane, the landscapes you bring in show it off really good
I wish I had your skills and use them for my work ! Well done !
Are you able to tile the surfaces of an entire planet or moon with meshes of various resolution so only the highest resolution is close to the camera?
Can you create a robot and add a IA in to drive in Mars and maping reach Whit the rover
is the code open source yet? loved this video
this is amazing man, I was looking for ways to import such data into unreal, you're amazing!
Excited to see this open sourced some day. Can't wait for you to get there!
I love what you are doing!
