Fantastic video man! Really great run down from start to finish! Perfect for a beginner. You are a great instructor Winbush - I'll be sure to tag you with my mars inspired scene as soon as it is done! Cheers!
I been here lol but thank you appreciate the comment. I actually have a whole course coming to mograph.com here very soon where I go overy everything I know at a beginners level.
@@JonathanWinbush I am in. Ive had a hard time finding the kind of content you create. Just happy I finally found your work and that you have tutorials that I can actually follow and like what I am creating.
Well I'm glad your finding my tutorials useful. If you start to create cool stuff following my tutorials make sure to tag me on IG or Twitter I always like to see what people are creating.
awesome!! I've been looking for this for a long time. thank you !! but how the character can interact with the environment? like in games when you see a rock you can jump over it, walk on it, or even carry it? so how to solve this?
Thanks! Honestly I don't make games I do motion graphics and cinematics so I'm not sure about game mechanic stuff but to walk on them you'd just add collision to them.

Does Unreal Engine has full of Mars world to work on it?
I dont understand the question
Hey! Amazing video!!
How can we make a timelapse from day to night with an HDRI in Unreal Engine? Any ideas?
Im not sure its possible to animate hdri files you'd have to use a real sky instead
I noticed that when I updated to 4.25.1, UE4 crashes whenever I have the windows file open/save dialog box come up. Anyone else have that issue?
Im sorry I haven't had any crashes on my end
Do you need RTX to follow this tutorial or any other good quality graphics card will do as well?
As long as you can run Unreal you should be fine I'm not doing anything to heavy here.
I turned hdribackdrop on, but still can't find it when I restart ue
You have to restart unreal. Once you turn it on look in the lower right for the restart button
@@JonathanWinbush I restarted it but still can't find
solved thanks
thank you! HDR has no dynamic range though!
We built it from what Nasa sent over
