Hutch refuses to answer questions as election bid ends

There were chaotic scenes at one of the most keenly watched election contests in Dublin Central, where Gerard 'The Monk' Hutch was in contention for the fourth and final seat.
Mr Hutch - who's been described in the High Court as the head of the Hutch organised crime group - lost out to Labour's Marie Sherlock.
