Fire video as always Koogs. Also that Elly moment made me wanna throw my controller out on the street. That moment took me 6 hours. But I finished the program.

I think if I force myself to do mini seasons on legend to get those goals done, I can finish it. I want to get it done because the kid is my all time favorite player.
I completed it a few hours ago and I’m tired. And I hated that Elly moment because it was mainly the triple that was hard for me. Also my favorite card from the extreme program is 99 marte

The fact that you spent 8 hours on that moment show the dedication to content. I got lucky and it only took me 30 minutes because Eddie Rosario can’t field or dive properly.

i faced a guy that had like 6-7 players from set 1 on his ranked team parallel 5. does anybody know how he brought that many set 1 players into season 3 ranked?

Casual player here, usually somewhere between 400 & 600 rating. I have played 26 games of ranked seasons in the last 3 days. Only 2 resulted in John Donaldson not either being started or being brought in at some point. I feel your pain, Koogs.
Here is in my honest and probably useless opinion on what to do if you aren’t the best player to do extreme
1. Conquest- I know he didn’t do it and it is quite a big grind, but it is definitely worth it long term. You only have to play the first 5 games on HoF, max, and since you can use god squads and they are live series teams, it shouldn’t be too bad. Squeeze out a game or two when you can and the hidden rewards are awesome
2. Moments- Some of them are very difficult, just do what you can
3. Mini Seasons- Again, another grind, but you can ultimately get quite a bit done just playing on All Star so definitely worth it.
I've had multiple games with Elly where I've gone 4-4 with 4 bombs 😂 that moment is God Tier RNG based
Finish the conquest complete as many moments as you can I wasn’t able to complete the 3 homers in a row so I bought suter having done the conquest plus all the moments excluding the 3 homer moment and completing Billy’s saves I am now at 83 stars with completing Cains innings and either ketel or piazza’s hits/homeruns and the pxp for 10,000 I will have completed the program it’s a grind but not as hard as people think of course everyone’s rng in the moments will be different but give it a try definitely will surprise you but showdown isn’t needed and I wouldn’t recommend it I started and got to sale but I am so scared to continue so I broke everything down and realized it wasn’t needed
I appreciate the advice on the vouchers i didnt even think of that. Also going at my own pace i can play on all star easily but beyond that i get trigger happy hitting

It’s ok the De La Cruz moment caused me pain, first attempt, I get a triple, a homer, a double, and I don’t get rewarded on good contact for a measly single in the last two at bats. Haven’t been close since then. I feel your pain.
Umm..the elly moment took me like 25 minutes. If you try to go the other way and hit it to Eddie Rosario (use contact swing to keep it in the yard), he’ll get way worse animations and has a much weaker arm than Harris and Acuna

Elly moment took me 3 hours day one and 2 day two i got bailed with a triple once and sold then got lucky getting another one and managed to do it
Casual player here. I’m not even touching extreme. Just not worth it. I’ll never complete it
That Cedric Mullins live series had 2 crucial bunts for me that were hits during this showdown memorable stuff 🫡
I have seen a few different videos on the extreme moments and it seems like both Ohtani and Elly are the slowest running 99 speed i have seen haha. I am gonna do my best to try and do the moments and the conquest but i suck on the difficulties above All Star
I did elly moment in like 20 minutes. Granted ohtani took me like 2 hours I found a way to turn double into triple with stopping runner and 3rd baseman missed tag

finally finished it today but i felt like the cards could’ve been better marte wagner and griffey r dubs in my opinion but cain and piazza are eh and i wish they were core cards with the difficulty to get them

Hey koogs just wondering how many seasons would it take to just play on rookie in mini seasons to complete the program without doing showdown?

I guess it was a blessing in disguise that SDS provided various different channels in obtaining Griffey if people wanted to go for the complete program. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't have been able to complete it if it was simply just the Moments/Conquest/Showdown like in the previous games.
Watching this as I do the showdown…gossage will be in my nightmares

I absolutely hated the Elly moment. I was consistently able to hit it to left center only to have the left fielder become a greatest defensive player in the history of the baseball. I ended up quitting the moment altogether and went the mini seasons route.

I did the moments first, then spent 2 days doing the conquest and got the 10 saves, I completed the showdown today and I just need to get a couple hundred PXP w Matt Cain in a CPU game to get Griffey. Hated doing the conquest but beat the showdown on my third try somehow
I was scared of the showdown cuz everybody was hyping it up, but I got it second try tho Nolan Ryan was very intimidating 🤣🤣
