I can imagine that when I was in my 20's or lets say after 15 years of age I can code better. But now in the age of 36 I can rarely focus on coding. Why the non IT person are saying you will be very expert with 12 plus years of experience. It technologies are challenging daily, I cannot change myself with that speed. I am even struggling to survive in IT field.
Yes sir - I see this sort of "frustration" in youth on-and-off when i interact with them. when we finished our engineering (eons ago), though the job scenario was not like this, cut throat, we still could not do what we wanted to. life dragged us forwarded, we rolled on with life, dusting ourselves, kicking ourselves, looking at USA as the panacea for all our struggles and career growth & to make tons of money like everyone else. but one thing sir - i feel in the current world of hectic life, most of us / most of the youth have forgotten what they actually want from their life and career, but get into the "box" created by society and do things which earn them like his/her colleague. job or career Nirvana - no one is able to achieve i guess. (maybe barring few like you all) - regards sir
Thank you so much for such content @ Pavan Sathiraju , I feel this video as a personal conversation. I'm that one guy joined into Infosys as a fresher after completing six months training and I'm resonating myself towards data science carrier😅. Thank you so much again.
Nice video, I'm feeling really frustrated at 28 age, unsure about my next steps after my MBA. My lack of technical skills from my pre-MBA work is making it tough to land a job. Thanks Pavan!!
Great content, sir. Could you also share your opinion on how to balance a full-time job with a side business? Many people, including myself, are interested in pursuing a side business during their free time while maintaining their full-time job. We are even willing to compromise on CTC if the job allows for 3-4 hours of free time each day 1. What are some technical and non-technical jobs in the corporate sector that do not demand excessive time and energy? Please include the CTC range for these roles 2. Do these jobs have the potential to sustain over the next 5-10 years in the market? Your insights on this matter would be highly appreciated, as they could greatly benefit those of us looking to manage both a career and a side business effectively. Public opinion are also greatly appreciated :)
very true sir. You showed the correct picture because of all these frustrations I resigned from my job. Whatever you said it is perfectly true. With your permission can I write an LinkedIn post and pin the above video?
Most relevant topic for many , but I felt video ended abruptly.. could have given some hints/ exercises or questions on bringing out that inner 'intent'. I am in 40's I couldn't take any step so far. With every choice there are several compromises to be made.. either way it is frustrating
I am in my early 20s and I have a strong feeling of becoming a doctor but sadly I can't afford the fees of pvt. colleges and cutoff for GMC seat in my state is sky 🚀 also I didn't thought about plan B but I am working each and everyday trying to figure out that which course should I join.
Your experience, expertise and network will be relevant in the years to come. Surround that with any of your next moves but make that switch. It's a decent 3 year journey by which time you would know whether to stay or come back.
Sir pls tell after learning new skill, how do we make it useful ? Like people say use GenAI in your work, but with so much SLA's it is practically impossible to suggest new things in project. Since just certificates wint help, how do we actually make it useful
Hi Pavan Sathiraju, I need some clarification regarding my career path. I would like to talk to you for a few minutes. How to reach you over phone or zoom call? Can you please share the details. - Arul
Great insight. Feels good to know that I am not alone who is going through such thoughts and feelings 😊

Great Insight...Keep Expectations Lower and Live More Satisfied Life..❤
I hit my 50s just following others......it's very difficult to choose intent, let alone to re-orient yourselves.....any ideas?
