This song gives me a similar vibe to Sand Canyon 3 and Inside the Ruins for some reason. The harsh instrumentation combined with the really ethereal melody and stacked harmonies, plus how _saturated_ is it with layered sound, is really... "satisfyingly overwhelming", if that makes sense.
The beginning sounds like a cat gargling a vacuum, but other than that its a pretty decent Kirby song imo.

probably not intentionally, sometimes music just sounds similar, since they're all from the same composer. the composer has previously stated that vs. star dream having a nearly identical melody to spinning jungle from triple deluxe isn't intentional, so this probably isn't either.

@@arthurrodrigues451 it's somewhat similar, but definitely not the same. so yes, it probably a coincidence, otherwise it'd be closer to this.
coincidences happen, especially when it's the same composer.
when it's not a full remix, I doubt the composer would intentionally put a leitmotif at the exact timestamp as the original theme. though I suppose I could be wrong with that last bit.
