Dmitry Kulikov Brings the Stanley Cup Back to Fort Lauderdale

Florida Panthers defenseman Dmitry Kulikov took the Stanley Cup back to Fort Lauderdale with a stop to visit the Jr. Panthers at the IcePlex on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024.
The first half of the video is Kulikov talking about starting his day with the Cup; the second half (no sound) is B-roll of him taking it around the IcePlex.

On June 24, the Panthers beat the Edmonton Oilers 2-1 in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final.
Florida took a 1-0 lead in the first on a goal from Carter Verhaeghe off a sharp pass from Evan Rodrigues.
Tied at 1 in the second, Dmitry Kulikov swept away the puck from an empty net - and Sam Reinhart scored on the ensuing rush.
The rest was up to the Florida defense which clamped down on the Edmonton offensive - with the help of some stellar goaltending from Sergei Bobrovsky.
