Love the shower in the primary- the bench and they remembered to carve out 2 niches for products! Also, hate the closets in the bathroom so appreciate they did not do that here.
@@AudreyThompson-e8s thats the perfect time to reach out if you would like help. Id rather discuss areas and options a year out then a last minute call where we are rushed. Up to you but if you would like help email is at info@themorejongroup.com
I like this elevation much better than the stone version that West Bay makes. Not a fan of that med or rock stone facades. This is a beautiful model but over 1 million once you add all the model upgrades, and I hate that they plop these huge homes on tiny lots all on top of each other. They look ridiculously tight in my opinion
Yeah. It doesnt have to be over a million though. I actually prefer to buy the base plus a few structural changes then add my own upgrades after the fact. Thanks for the comment
i love the kitchen!!😍

Couldn’t agree more. They do a fantastic job
I love this home. Where is it in Tampa?
Its in a couple areas, but this specific model is in apollo beach at waterset. Are you currently looking for a home or just browsing? Whats your plan?
I’m looking, but not in a big hurry, taking my time, not sure what area I want to live in yet
