Love the shower in the primary- the bench and they remembered to carve out 2 niches for products! Also, hate the closets in the bathroom so appreciate they did not do that here.

Thats not true. Everyone has a budget and typically a house like this does cost more. This is a good find in that price range with a reputable builder.

Yes they are. I just spoke with the rep there and they have a move in ready home right around $900k. Based on speaking with him he has seen one fully decked out in the high $900’s but have also seen some in the $800ks. All depends on upgrades you choose. Quartz and granite you mixed up which is more durable…. Plus granite has to be resealed regularly….
Id have to rewatch but if i did thank you for the correction. From my experience granite is much more durable. I have had both and my granite was tough as nails and the quartz while beautiful was much more sensitive to stains etc
