My dad used this same trick once when he locked his keys in his car and he was in the middle of nowhere. He used a slight variation because he did not have a fork or pliers or a ruler or an old stool. Actually, he did not have a hammer either, but he fashioned one from a rock. Quite often, a rock can be substituted for a hammer. After carefully assessing the efficacy of the inner locking mechanism and determining that it could not be defeated by simply inserting an object, like a broken fork, and jiggling, he took the rock and smashed the window and retrieved his keys. Then he drove to a location where he had cell coverage, called his insurance agent, and reported a broken window.
I saw it but didn't think about it. I just assumed the magic fork closed the window because it's jealous of the keys. This video is such BS. The person didn't even turn the lock cylinder far enough to unlock the door. This is almost as bad as people telling you to unlock a car with a tennis ball. @@karlhamilton3860

I asked her if she wanted me to try& get the door opened ! Yes. So I got my needle nose pliers , made a round little hooky thing on the end of a wire I had in the back of my truck box, fished er through the window seal , hooked the little door knob,& opened the door for her, she got the keys& started her car, it Barely started, I walk over to my truck, to put that wire in truck box, she then just drove off , without even putting the seat belts on her 2small girls! I wish that these teens, who are doing these car thefts, thinking that it is really cool, would hear This Lady's words, and take them to HEART, because she is absolutely right. However, the juvenile justice system in my city, Baltimore, Maryland has NO current consequences for these teen agers to woorry about. Their parents can't keep them under control, so I don't know where this will all end. Hopefully not in the cemetery !!! If the legislature in Our City doesn't make these type of crimes punishable, and with some pretty heavy consequences, it will NEVER end. These kids aren't stupid, it is in a kids nature to try and see just exactly how much they can get away with. If we don't, as a society, make these crimes not worth doing because the criminal will face a lot of time in jail, then they will keep on happening. Those crimes and even worse crimes. I know that I have rambled on & on but I have one more comment to make... My Hyundai Kona 2023 doesn’t let me lock my keys in the car. It’ll make a high pitch prolonged “beeeeep” sound after I close door and press lock on key fob while engine running. If engine is turned off and I try to lock the car while keys inside, the doors automatically unlock. I can also lock/unlock my car with the Hyundai app on my cell. The Kona basic model isn’t an expensive car. It also makes a high pitch “beep” noise and alerts on the dash to “check rear seats” (for babies) upon opening my car door.
On my 74 Ford F100, l could walk up to it, open the hood, pull the dipstick, use it to pry open the wing window, turn it around and use the ring to unlock the door. Won a couple bets on this.
What's comical was when I was locked out my car and a sarcastic patronising locksmith charged me £200 to open the door, then followed me to a cash point to grab his money. They are all leeches.....
I went to try this but ended up locked inside my damn truck for almost 2 weeks. I see it replaying in my mind, over and over and over kinda like your doing on this video. How many times did you keep saying it cause i saw at least 12. Anyway my keys slipped out of my hand as the door closed, slipped right out the door after i had hit the lock button. 2 weeks i sat. I vould see my keys but the door was locked. People kept walking by and not one of them would help. Thought i was gonna die. I ate the seats and started on the foam inside to stay alive when someone hit the button. Oh i was so happy! By the time the paramedics got there i was a wreck. It was close. One thing i have to say: Folks remember to avoid injuries by the masses and always wear your safety glasses. And in the land of rhe blind the one eyed man is king
Great, just make a fork at home instead of a spare key and carry it on your necklace chain Also put a sticky note on your forehead with a detailed description of where you parked in case you forget Always ware mask and helmet
If you look REAL close at the video, maybe slow down the speed...........you'll see a very slight change in the video just before the lady says ok the door is now open, while the fork is in the lock being jiggled. It's like there was a cut and splice in the video. Something was added or removed. I smell something fishy. Yup, just slowed down speed to 0.5 between 4.32 and 4.35 minutes, you'll see a subtle flutter in the video.

I always carry a fork, pliers, plastic rulers, hammers and my stool whenever I go out. I keep them in the trunk of the car! Oops 😬 I lost my keys once and had no key to the trunk, so there was that! Finally got into the car door and lo and behold! Electronic ignition and no key fob. The fork couldn’t start the car or unlock the transmission. So I got a hold of a guy with a big truck, push the damn car over a cliff and walked home with my fork and stool. 😢
I bought a new Dodge Ram truck a few years ago and thought about locking myself out.Thinking I had put the keys in my left side pocket I exited the truck. Upon returning I couldn't believe I had lost my keys. Mild panic set in then remembered a magnetic key holder I purchased when I bought the truck, just in case. Now on my side in the parking lot I reached under and found the metal magnetic key case high up on the frame on the driver's side near the door. After opening the door I found my keys had fallen into the door storage compartment and never made them into my pocket.

I always carry a spare Key FOB and key in my pocket. I have two sets of keys with me all the time. The key system in my vehicle is a smart system. It will not allow the doors to lock if the key is inside of the vehicle. I know how to properly pick a lock. On a number of occasions I had to get a friend in to his car. I fashioned a large paper clip in to a sort of lock pick device. I used a small screwdriver to torque the lock cylinder. I worked the tumblers with the paper clip while keeping some torque on the cylinder. In a few minutes I had the door unlocked for him. There are some types of car door locks that cannot be picked without the specialized tool for it. They are using a far more complicated design than with simple tumblers inside the cylinder. Without this type of tool, the only way is to get in to the door via the edge of the glass to the door with a hook wire and try to grab the locking lever inside the door. This usually causes some damage. Ambulance drivers and police are trained in how to open various types of car doors. There are different techniques. Many of the high end expensive vehicles are very difficult to get in to without smashing the window. If the vehicle has re-enforced security type laminated windows this will be a task to break the glass. The standard type glass breaker will take many tries, and each try will only make a pit mark in the glass. A rock will simply bounce off the window leaving some scratches or pit marks. On TH-cam there are various techniques demonstrated. Not all work with every type of vehicle.
lol as a matter of fact the fork is the only thing I don't normally carry in my car. I work maintenance, and keep all my tools in my trunk. In regard to the video, my answer was to feed a key into the laces of my kids shoe so he'd always have a key. I guess I could do that to.
Just go back in the store and buy 3 plungers. You'll be in the car in seconds. A LEO tip here on TH-cam somewhere. Saw it a few days ago. Brilliantly simple. No damage to anything. The 3 plungers lined up grip the window like a handle to lay your arm across to evenly put pressure to lower the window w/o breaking it. Brilliantly simple.
I do carry a fork but it would be inside the car , I carry a fork because I drive for a living and I bring something to eat so I can eat eat it later But anyway on these newer car you can't lock the keys in the car from the driver's door it won't let you unless it's from the other doors
Great , car manufacturers have spent hundreds of millions over decades on car security and it turns out a folk can undo all that security 😂 !! Awesome.

That is why you must always carry an inverter and a angle grinder with you so that you can easily cut the two outer prongs off your handy fork which you picked up in the parking lot and voila, now you can proceed to fiddle your lock open. In South Africa we are fortunate, we only need to call the nearest "car guard" over and he will open it in a second!

i locked my keys in the car in the desert, all i could find was 3 cups, a bag of lemons, some copper, some tin, and some wire, and 1 chair, i made a battery from the tin, copper and lemons in 3 cups, i used a rock to hammer the chair into a key shape, but the door wouldn't open, so i hammered the chair more , and made the computer circuit copy inside my key, and hooked it to the battery to power it to unlock my door, unfortuinatly i ran out of food and water and then i died, this story is more believable than opening a door with a fork.

This lie worked for me too!
This really helped me wen I locked my keys in my car while shopping in the Mall in Staten Island so I bought a fork in target for $1'99.tnks to this video it saved me the cost of the locksmith
I did exactly like what this video said and managed to open the car door. Bonus? I now have a stylish cut up fork permanently stuck in the car door keyhole 😅
😂😂😂
Driving must get a lot of attention, hey buddy you have a fork sticking out.❤😂
I was wondering if this forked up technique damaged the lock . . . thanks for the insight!
Hehehehe 🤣🤣🤣
And the car thieves know also
I always carry a metal mini-lathe around with me too. And a mini- forge. Heat fork to 200° Centigrade before placing in lathe. Don't forget asbestos gloves & eye protection.
You are great Man 💯
I did this and kept the fork in the trunk just in case, and then put another fork in a magnet box under the car, just in case the trunk is locked.
If you get pulled over by police they could be considered weapons. I doubt they would by the whole key thing.
The 3 plunger method to lower a window has no chance of damaging anything. So simple and quick and zero risk of damage. A lot less $$$ than a locksmith.
Good 👍
Do you carry 3 plungers around your neck like a neckless all the time just in case you need them when you're away from home?
Mostly keys are lost at home by kids, not on road while driving.
Thanks
A good idea 👍
Trying it tomorrow we’ll see!! Praying it does. Tons of people say they’ve tried it on here with multiple cars and it worked after the video. Must work for some people. 🎉
Nice You’ve got some great content in my opinion. Thanks and just subbed up
Thanks for your appreciation 😊
Oh wonderfull idea lets show the car thieves how to do it😂😂
Car thieves are smarter than this.
I noticed you pause the video while you were trying to pick the lock. How much time was there in between? I’m wondering how long it took you to do it in reality
I heard it was 17 days.
@@wanaraz, LMAO 🤣
Thanks 👍
Hey my friend, I beg to differ, I had my doubts also but I Thought what the hell. So it took all of 5 mins to make it and it took me less than 20 secs to open a 2006 Toyota Camry . So I went to my 2010 Nissan Maxima took me 34 secs, then my moms Subaru Outback 24 secs. So can attest that it's the real deal. And no damage to the lock whatsoever.
Lot of Thanks dear.
Thank you very much today I unlocked my car key so this method is too much help for me thank you ❤
Thanks 👍
I like your video. I may try that one day. But just in case it doesn't work, I'll have my brother in law in the car with his unlocking ability ready to go. God bless you♡
@johnsantiago,. Except your brother in law is laughing hysterically because he sees your wife coming from the house yelling, "Why on Earth are you ruining my good fork?"
@@dalehood1846 good point. HELL HATH no fury like a woman scorned. Noted.
Carrying an extra key would be a easier than carrying a pair of Pliers a fork a ruler a hammer and a stool around.

Theives don't have an extra key.
0:27. "You will ONLY need a fork and school ruler"
extra key in my wallet next to the registration to show the officer it's my car rather than getting arrested for having a burglary tool fork.
How did the window raise up by itself😅😊😂
The same guy who unlocked the door from the inside raised the window
The next video shows how to use a tin opener to wind the window up , keep watching this dude sh!ts miracles too 🎉😂😂😂😂😂
So they just showed how to steal a car 😮 wow.

Fork maybe in my purse but the pliers were in the car.
Also now every car thief is just a bit smarter.
Thanks a lot my friend ☺️☺️😀
thank you I tried it coz I locked my car and my key is inside the car and it works in just
a seconds. I'm from Philipines.❤❤❤
Thank you and love you Philipines
d nga 🤣
Car thieves must watch all these unlock your locked car videos and have all the tools for every model.
Waaaaoo Excellent
It's really amazing and technology installed car.
Best of luck to enjoy your modern car.
Thanks for your response.
Very nice information ❤
Thanks 💯
On my 74 Ford F100, l could walk up to it, open the hood, pull the dipstick, use it to pry open the wing window, turn it around and use the ring to unlock the door. Won a couple bets on this.
Wonder what lock picking lawyer would think of this. Pretty sure it wouldn't work on a Subaru, at least.
Thank you. I pray this does not encourage thieves.
Thanks dear friend 💖💓💖
Yes it really does ruin a fork😢
Amazing trick liked this ideal
No one saw the jump edit?? 4:56
By the time I found a fork, ruler, pliers, and hammer, AAA had already arrived and unlocked my car!
Thanks for the wonderful tip !

I don't know, i saw a little skip between 4:30 & 4:34
Sorry, but i don't believe this.
Thanks
I’m a locksmith for 33 years this video is comical
Ooh really??
But have you tried it least?
What's comical was when I was locked out my car and a sarcastic patronising locksmith charged me £200 to open the door, then followed me to a cash point to grab his money. They are all leeches.....
Why because it will keep peoples hard earned money out of your pockets?
As a long time mechanic, I call BS!
me tooo...... lol
Great, just make a fork at home instead of a spare key and carry it on your necklace chain
Also put a sticky note on your forehead with a detailed description of where you parked in case you forget
Always ware mask and helmet
We get it ..always have a person inside to open the door
So all you need todo is fashion the fork first!! Then hide it outside the car either a magnet box or tape it underneath some where??? Good trick 🤔😍
Great idea!!
It definitely works. I opened my nissan Quest 2000
Thanks dear for your appreciation 💕❤️
Wow. This lie worked for me too!
Thanks for the video.
Welcome dear 😊
@@explorewithliana786 my pleasure my Lady
Thanks 😊😊😊
If you look REAL close at the video, maybe slow down the speed...........you'll see a very slight change in the video just before the lady says ok the door is now open, while the fork is in the lock being jiggled. It's like there was a cut and splice in the video. Something was added or removed. I smell something fishy. Yup, just slowed down speed to 0.5 between 4.32 and 4.35 minutes, you'll see a subtle flutter in the video.
Ive got a 2023 nissan juke . It wont let me lock my door if the keys are inside . Do you have a compensation scheme for the time ill never get back from watching this ?
Fork off , No way . The next video shows how to fit a tyre with a kitchen knife 😂😂😂😂
I put a key 🗝️ on the end of a coat hanger and shoved it in the rust hole at the length the frame of my 73 Plymouth duster ( I drove it for 3 years After doing it) then one day I locked my key in the 🚗 car and I searched for some way to get the door open for 3 hours 😢😭 but then had a thought 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 i bent down and went into the hole 😊😊😊 and pulled out the coat hanger my friend stood there with his jaw on the ground....😂😂😂 Watching me pull out the hanger 😂😂😂😂 he said we can pry it open now..... But the key was at the end of it 😂😂😂😂😂😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Now, will the fork start the engine?....if so, I wonder how many vehicles will get stolen using this trick.
Very nice
I always carry a fork, pliers, plastic rulers, hammers and my stool whenever I go out. I keep them in the trunk of the car! Oops 😬
I lost my keys once and had no key to the trunk, so there was that!
Are we just gonna overlook that the key isn't turning?

Why does it work when the cylinder is not engaged by rotation?
This just does not make logical sense.
Ooh yes. Thanks for sharing the details comment with much time.
No doubt you are good and excellent positive minded person.
Thanks again
Prove it
Hey Guys, you've been forked over for six minutes. Next up, how to stop a sunroof leaking with a potato chip bag , , , ,
Yup, you’re correct, but I knew there had to be some AWESOME comments connected!! Didn’t disappoint!!!
Fair play, at least you managed to drag out that absolute load of bollocks for over 6 minutes.
Problem is how many people carry a hammer a par of pliers and a fork with them in to the grocery store 😂
lol as a matter of fact the fork is the only thing I don't normally carry in my car. I work maintenance, and keep all my tools in my trunk. In regard to the video, my answer was to feed a key into the laces of my kids shoe so he'd always have a key. I guess I could do that to.
Don't forget you also need a ruler for some reason 🤣
Just go back in the store and buy 3 plungers. You'll be in the car in seconds. A LEO tip here on TH-cam somewhere. Saw it a few days ago. Brilliantly simple. No damage to anything. The 3 plungers lined up grip the window like a handle to lay your arm across to evenly put pressure to lower the window w/o breaking it. Brilliantly simple.
Exactly and if they do they are in the car and how are you going to get if in the car if car is locked 😅
I do carry a fork but it would be inside the car , I carry a fork because I drive for a living and I bring something to eat so I can eat eat it later
But anyway on these newer car you can't lock the keys in the car from the driver's door it won't let you unless it's from the other doors
Thanks for the tip & Technically just a tip you need a ruler a fork and a pair of plyers 📏 🍴
Tip 😁 and I thank you for it!
thank you very much
I’m watching till the end to test my tolerance for stupid idea.
OMG 😰😰
Great , car manufacturers have spent hundreds of millions over decades on car security and it turns out a folk can undo all that security 😂 !!
Awesome.
And this works EVERY TIME you push the button on the remote.
😂😂😂😂😂 exactly what I was thinking!!!!!
Aw man, I was going to say that!

Has anybody tried to open a Mustang GT or Ford Escape Seco? That's what I am going to try to open if I am lucky. I can't find the car keys, they just vanished. I am trying to figure out how to open the cars, without calling somebody and paying a bunch of money for that.@@punisherkennelsk-9recovery568
I liked how the window went up by magic, simply amazing 😳what a waste of 6 minutes of my life I will never get back🙄😕
Amazing, it works if you leave the keys in the car, or have them in your pocket ?
If you don't have a dime but have a dinner fork in your pocket wtf????😂
That is why you must always carry an inverter and a angle grinder with you so that you can easily cut the two outer prongs off your handy fork which you picked up in the parking lot and voila, now you can proceed to fiddle your lock open. In South Africa we are fortunate, we only need to call the nearest "car guard" over and he will open it in a second!
That's superb
This 100% works.....99 f150 (Missouri)
Great tip. Now the whole fifth grade class of kids knows how to steal more cars.
How nice you just taught people how to break into cars .
Thanks 👍
And possibly homes too
the cars are safe, the silverwear drawer on the other hand.
as long as you have the fork in your pocket you can start the car too cool
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Chances of that working in the wild when ur in a pinch are slim to none and slim just left
Just hope your at home when you need a Fork,Ruler,Pliers 😂😂😂

Bs
i locked my keys in the car in the desert, all i could find was 3 cups, a bag of lemons, some copper, some tin, and some wire, and 1 chair, i made a battery from the tin, copper and lemons in 3 cups, i used a rock to hammer the chair into a key shape, but the door wouldn't open, so i hammered the chair more , and made the computer circuit copy inside my key, and hooked it to the battery to power it to unlock my door, unfortuinatly i ran out of food and water and then i died, this story is more believable than opening a door with a fork.
LOL!!!!!
🤣
Best is to have a spare key in your wallet or purse. Quit FORKING AROUND. 😂
For those who say it can't be done.. Google images of high security key jigglers.. this is literally the dyi version
5 o'clock this morning this video came in handy. It definitely works. Thanks alot 🙏🏾

May as well not bother locking your car anymore, now everyone can get in with their fork
@@murtie23yea because people are out walking around with forks in their pockets huh
So the fork was "marked" for NO REASON!!! You just snipped off the tines on the ends anyway.

How did the window roll up when you put the keys inside 😅
Exactly
Thank you for your info I know a lock jiggler works so I tried this method on my ford F150 truck and it worked 😊😊😊😊😊
