Guys I am having first hand experience and I can assure you all if you take proper tax benefits then in hand can be minimum of 1.9 lacs. Also with proper declaration of investments before hand will only result in less tax deduction. This amount is apart from Home Loan standard deductions. Sir I would suggest you to declare proper 80C, also consider NPS. Also sir will be getting a corpus back from tax department once filed for Tax returns. These is the main problem and there is no other way but you can do other profession and earn money and do pilot training
this is way too less as my cousin is the first officer in indigo and is earning approx 2L after tax per month
