    pleased make
a video on micro pitch shift.I think it can be utilised for widening as well.

Super useful for a track I am working on with just that kind of sound!

Very cool topic when coming to directional listening. Made me think about people who are blind, and how they develop echo locations over time. Adding these widening effects must be so intense for somebody with advanced directional hearing

Yes, that's a great point. Glad it was an interesting listen.

Fascinating. Is there a benefit in doing this rather than using the panning controls?

The variable Sample Delay time makes this is a slightly different effect to using Pan to shift 'all' of a signal left or right. The Haas Effect can actually provide a more immediately directional sense of place for a sound but, as is shown towards the end of the video, the ability to 'wash' effects channels across the stereo space, using a version of this technique, opens it up to all kinds of creative use and abuse!

wow the adverts now pause when you switch tab...
I use to like letting the ads run when they showed up for some extra free support.. but not now.. lol you HAVE to watch them... -.-
& that they make the first of the the 2 skippable & the second is none skippable. at least for me.
knowing that if I don't skip the first I have to watch 2 is just going to make me want to skip them all.. :(
I'm happy to have ads for free stuff. but its got so bad..
sorry to have a little rant here.
