    Her biggest point is referral thats all its needed. Specifically if you are indian they are very good at finding reference and possibly people in their own field

      @TaleswithSunidhi  29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      In my experience, references don’t guarantee the job. It’s just an added good to have step if you have anyone who can back your credibility and skills for the job. Securing a job lies completely on how you are presenting your skillset and the value you bring to the table. You have to go through Atleast 3-4 rounds of skilled and experienced people interviewing you. So anyone looking for a job will need more than references :)

      @@TaleswithSunidhi Lol I don't know what is your professional profile but I am in corporate and commercial private sector and I can see people who gets good referenced only getting jobs now a days. Your all professionals skill sets and props are BS also in government jobs I was being held and called to the last round but only well connected people gets those. Canada is not what it used to 7 years ago

    This is a very honest overview about the current job market. There's lots of negativity about on Canadian job market, I think it's because people don't adapt to the new dynamics and are expecting what they have experienced previously.

    How practical it is to get an LMIA job in canada from india with 3 years of experience in web development? Do you know anyone in your circle who got LMIA job?

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, LMIA is not that common or that easy to get. I don’t know anyone in my circle who has recieved a job via LMIA. Internal mobility within the company is a potential option in my opinion.

    If I am applying for a job from India, how should i know that i am legal person to work in desired country?

    • @TaleswithSunidhi
      @TaleswithSunidhi  หลายเดือนก่อน

      For anyone to work in any other country- work visa, permanent residency or employer sponsorship is needed. Without this, securing a job isn’t possible.

    It's nothing to brag about , you are Indian and you guys are everywhere . Getting job in Canada is so easy for you guys , you guys help each other alot and are like a parasite to the entire system . Recruiters to Hiring Managers , your ethnicity is everywhere .Nevertheless good luck

      We are 1/5 of the world population and the youngest labour force in the world. The average Indian is not even 30 years old. Naturally young people are willing to take risks and move from one job market to another. You just feel jealous of this bro, just like the poor global south is jealous of the life in the rich global north. People do whatever they can to survive and thrive. No need to hate.

      @@AVirk Look I am also not a white neither I am hating, freedom is everyone's right and you guys have that ! but don't you think its sick to be everywhere , literally everywhere ! and still not adapting the culture? If you are so proud then just be inside India, I am sure you have wonderful people who thrived being inside india.( if bollywood and media is not lying). The world is a free permit , nobody can stop you guys to go anywhere in the world but try to respect the culture wherever you go. Everynow and then I could see so much hate against you guys not just by brown skin but also the whites and in abundance ! There was a time when people of color used to be comfortable around you guys, but not anymore I guess. and it is just this new breed who don't even know how to talk or behave , I have so many examples but then people would say I am racist! . God bless you guys and everyone, sigh! You would understand if you are wise enough otherwise I am expecting a long paragraph of reply sticking at your own stance. :)

Ofcourse, you aren't white, you are a brown skin like the Indians too. I am sure people think the same about you.
