I really like how Thai trainers do free style padding. This trainer makes things so effortless.

I know it. It's so hard to hold free style mitts I can only imagine the amount of time required to master that skill alone

I love this! I don't think some people understand how much work holding the pads, and mitts is. Look at those kicks! Go, Sylvie!😆🙏

I like your T. มวยเข่า literal you. You knock them with knees. I admire you a lot and have your knees and elbows style as a role model

I have to say that there is nothing on the internet like this. I never expected someone to do this, especially, I hate to say that a female has the most fights in thailand by far and away. Sounds sexist but I think it's cool. Ive watched some of you old videos and I have to say that this video shows how much you have improved. Especially your boxing. I know this is a western mindest on scoring but I think that outside the Golden era, punching is neglected. Some gyms and fighters like Rodtang in ONE show how you can put the whole game of Muay Thai together. I still love the whole philosophy of 'traditional' or stadium Muay Thai. I went in 2000. So I got training with the generation of trainers that had fought in that era. You are awesome!!!

That session is a very tiring round. People who don't do the one on one where the trainer is non stop don't know
