Wow, talk about a relatively deep cut. I was never much of a big Keith Giffen fan; the Legion of Superheroes in particular just isn't my thing and of course he's most well-known for that, but I did enjoy some of his other work. Wonder if McFarlane will make a Heckler figure or something next, Giffen's Heckler run [and to my knowledge the only Heckler run] was pretty funny.
I like this him, he’s weird but cool. One of DC ‘s obscure characters that I want Toddy Mac to make is Blue Devil .. with his original look. Not any of the later, bad looks.
Ok I get this is the character but if you are gonna release a basically blank body with a new head you need to include hands other heads and more cause nothing is just insulting
I’ve never heard of him. He’s got schizophrenia? That body mold is great. I saw someone turn it into a Keaton Batman with a few changes with different trucks and head.
I only remember him because of Batman brave and the bold

I'll be displaying mine with Lobo-both Giffen creations.
@@dannycruz5446 Makes sense. Good way to display both figures.
I’d love heckler!

idk, i remember reading the comics and loving seeing this guy doing his News Report At The End lol
I made a custom Blue Devil in the 90s but it wasn't great. A McFarlane figure of him would be cool!
@@markshadows3667 Blue Devil is a great character that DC ignored, has ignored & are fools for doing it.
Blue devil yeah! Is his late 80s/early 90s look considered his original look? I'd also love to see a Mark Shaw Manhunter from the late 80s.
@@dannycruz5446 Yea, 80’s Blue Devil & 80’s Manhunter would be cool. Also a Checkmate figure, remember that?
Perfect body buck for a custom classic Superboy figure, just do a classic Superman head swap, sculpt the belt and boot chevrons.
They already use this same body for Superboy twice and there’s a another Clicklist edition one I believe on the same body again
@@dHuntersReviews The Ambush Bug figure doesn't have the boot details on the lower legs, actually no detailing on the body whatsoever.
Yes
Minor differences
@@dHuntersReviews Big difference in regards to not having to remove the molded boot tops from the legs.
This character is sooo cool! Didn't really know who he was until i saw this review... i love the character, definitely gonna get him.
I was aware of him, not very familiar tho

He had extra hand and the doll
Doll is next possible accessory he could include
If I ever see this figure for fairly cheap I'll probably use the body to make Kite-Man. It's a good shade of green and I won't have to repaint.
Nice
I have a kite man custom
NO DUDE THE ANKLES ON THE AMBUSH BUG ARE DIFFERENT!! HE DOESN'T HAVE THAT BOOT SCULPT ON THE JON KENT!!
Minuscule differences
He was briefly in the Doom Patrol and Suicide Squad. He originally appeared as a nuisance to Superman.
Sounds about right
Are the beetle's antennas made of rigid plastic that is easy to break?
Eh funny is debatable
True…
So excited for this one
I’ve never heard of him. He’s got schizophrenia?

I feel like it is far too thin for Keaton Batman
