Hi I’d really appreciate your answer to my question. The amount of Cakesicles you made how much buttercream would be required, as in making the butter cream? Or do you store your buttercream in small freezer bags and defrost them to use each time when making these Cakesicles? If you make the buttercream on the day what is the metric measurements in grams please?
This is a very in depth question with no specific answer. The amount I make depends on how many I need. I make them to order and don’t freeze them. And as is advised in the description, the amount of buttercream you need depends on YOUR cake recipe. Mine is very moist and so needs less than others. Just add a TBSP at a time and kneed until you get play doh consistency
Hi, do you mean it’s going firm in the bowl while you wait for the cases to firm up in the fridge? If so, yes, you can gently re-melt it. I also save any leftovers
These very much have a back and a front so I don’t make huge efforts to get the back very smooth. If you want smooth backs you need to put less cake in and use more chocolate when you seal. I don’t like the balance of chocolate to cake when doing it like that but it’s personal preference 🤷🏻♀️
This video is awesome 👌
Love it!
